This did surprise Tom and I actually. We were told that the Japanese audience would be a bit quieter than most. However this is what we found when we walked into the room…

I have to agree with the statement about focus… That in my view is the key… to your success..

If you want to be successful then you must devote all your energies in one single well researched niche.. Otherwise.. it you are unlikely to reach your final end goal..

So, finally … focus on your niche and become an expert before embarking on anything else…. This is a million dollar piece of advise… not to be taken lightly. Good luck…
